Leadership Assessment and Coaching

We are accredited to deliver leadership assessment and coaching using RocheMartin’s highly acclaimed Emotional Capital Report (ECR) system.

ECR uses psychometrics to provide meaningful analysis and interpretation of an individual’s leadership performance and potential based on their emotional intelligence, as well as targeted coaching strategies to enhance leadership growth and development.

M2 Leadership offer both self-assessment and 360 assessment survey models and also facilitate leadership team workshops.

Our process:

  1. Consult with you on your organisational or personal requirements for leadership assessment and coaching;

  2. Supply a confidential online survey for completion by individuals and other raters (for 360 variant);

  3. Generate a report containing ratings, analysis and coaching recommendations and facilitate a confidential review session with individuals;

  4. Provide ongoing individual coaching sessions (optional).
